HubSpot has identified industry averages from their thousands of customers. Here are your inbound marketing benchmarks:

  • At least 30% of total traffic should be coming from organic 
  • Landing page conversion rate should be 20-25% 
  • Visits-to-contacts rate should be 1.5-3%
  • Email open rate should be 20%
  • Email click rate should be 3-7%
  • Unsubscribe rate should be less than 5% 
  • Bounce rate should be below 5% 
  • Spam complaint rate should be at .1% or lower 
  • CTA click-through-rate should be 2-3% per page 
  • Emails in workflows click-through-rate should be 10% and above
  • Email workflows open rate should be 20%
